At the very least, if the computer would boot up, it would do everything that their WebTV toys can't. and with a little more money and some luck, they could be upgraded to run Windows XP, Linux, or Mac OS X, which would give them an up to date computer, able to do most everything, for very little money.

When i boot up the hardrive gets going the cpu fan is working but nothing more! I get no picture on the monitor..and the card seems...dead! But the cpu fan is working so it must be getting power.... This i the second time this happens, I sent the first card back to the reseller with the same problem.

After a few dozen conversions, my system locks up and I constantly have to re-boot. I checked the system performance resources at boot-up and its at 81%. Then I checked it again after about 20 conversions and it was down to 53%. Is it normal for PIE to do this. If not, is there a fix?

I don't know but somehow one picture ended up in the boot up process. Its a dirty picture when i switch on my computer it comes up during the boot up process for sometimes.
